If the purchase of this Service Contract was financed, we might make the refund payable to the purchaser, the assignee, or lender of document, or both. In such a case, this Service Contract will be void and we are going to refund to you the complete amount of the purchase worth of this Service Contract.
IL. If this Service Contract is canceled within 30 days after its purchase and no service has been offered, we are going to refund the whole price of this Service Contract less a cancellation charge.
