In some Polynesian cultures, anal sex was practiced explicitly as a means of birth control, just as today some adolescents regard anal sex as a means to prevent conception (regardless of the increased risks for transmission of sexually transmitted diseases).
According to the National Survey of Attitudes and Lifestyles, the amount of people practising anal sex went up from 12 per cent in 1990 to 17 per cent between 2010 and 2012 for men, and from 11 per cent in 1990 to 15 per cent during that time for women. While some insects lay thousands of eggs and that is how their colony size gets so large, earwigs usually only produce one generation per year 50 to 60 eggs at a time.

Earwigs do posses fully developed wings but rarely fly. Our homes are for the most part a paradise which earwigs enjoy. The earwig pincers are a source of fear for most but they are not even powerful enough to cause but a tiny prick. It’ll be enough to give an outlet for a quick call or in case of an emergency.
